Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To provide the best service and accommodate everyone's needs, we have established the following cancellation policy:
For new clients: MunayFlow Energetics requests that you complete the Initial Intake and Consent Form for Spinal Flow or Reiki/Energy Healing at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the form is not completed beforehand, you will need to fill it out at the beginning of your appointment at the expense of your consultation and healing session time. At MunayFlow Energetics, we value your time and energy, and we appreciate your respect for ours and other clients.
1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
3. No Shows: If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, the full session fee will be charged.
4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis.
5. Multiple Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to prepay for future sessions.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via text or email. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible.
7. Refunds: Refunds for prepaid sessions will be issued if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, refunds are subject to our discretion and the terms outlined above.
8. Policy Updates: Our cancellation policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes to ensure you are always informed.
